Services of an Accredited Laboratory

Given the absence of its own oil refining facilities, the company purchases all oil products from other manufacturers, and, therefore, pays particular attention to fuel quality control. A range of professional testing laboratories structurally integrated and operating in the company serve as a reliable guarantee of the quality of oil products. They are equipped with all rules and regulations, tools and technical apparatus required to carry out professional assessment of oil products. The laboratories carry out testing of:

petroleum;
diesel fuel;
domestic and oil fuel;
engine, carburetor, diesel, universal, industrial and used oils.

The laboratories inspect over fifteen different indicators of the quality of petroleum types and diesel fuel such as detonation characteristic (indicators of the octane number), fuel breakup, acidity, lead concentration, availability of different contaminants such as water, tars, etc., in petroleum, diesel fuel or oils. Regular customers of the company’s accredited laboratories include the Department of Customer Rights Protection, the State Committee for Labor Protection, Region enterprises delivering oil products, private and legal entities.

Lviv Testing Laboratory

Lviv Testing Laboratory established in the 1950s. Throughout its history it was accredited by State Standard authorities, while from 1996 to 2003, pursuant to UkrSEPRO accreditation, it’s had the right to certify oil products.

Currently, this institution operates under Certificate No. РЛ540/04 of 17 November 2004 issued by Lviv Regional State Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification. The laboratory controls quality of fuel in the network of filling stations owned by Public JSC Galnaftogaz Concern in Lviv region.

The laboratory has branches in Brody, Stryy and Drohobych.

Vinnytsia Testing Laboratory

Vinnytsia Testing Laboratory of Public JSC Galnaftogaz Concern is among the best technologically equipped ones in Ukraine. It is the only laboratory in Vinnytsia Region accredited for carrying out tests and chemical analysis of oil products.

The Accreditation Certificate No. ПУ-0071/04 of 25 June 2004 was issued by Vinnytsia Regional State Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification.

Rivne Testing Laboratory

Rivne Testing Laboratory was accredited by the National Accreditation Agency on 2 September 2003. The Accreditation Certificate No. UA6.002.Т049 expires on 1 September 2006. It is the only professional laboratory in Rivne region which conducts comprehensive chemical expertise of petroleum, diesel fuel, engine oils and refrigerating fluids.
