Hi-tech equipment of OKKO filling complexes
We adhere to all norms of ecological safety at OKKO filling complexes.
The pledge of ecological safety is proper equipment of our filling complexes:
- fuel-dispensing units with suctioning of oil products' vapours while fueling the car, that practically do not allow their emission in the atmosphere (97% of fumes are drafted);
- double-walled reservoirs for the storage of oil products which make the percolation of oil products in the soil totally impossible;
- reservoir evaporation suctioning systems, while filling reservoirs with oil products;
- abidance of all fire-prevention requirements.
All OKKO filling complexes are built with the abidance of certain cordons of sanitary-protective area (SPA).

The measures are developed at OKKO filling complexes on the adjusting of emission in the atmosphere during unfavorable weather conditions, in particular:
- strengthening of control over the exact abibance of technological regulation;
- strengthening of control over performance of control and measuring devices;
- prohibition of blowing through and cleaning of equipment, gas flues and capacities in which contaminators were saved;
- providing of maximally effective irrigation of devices of dust and gas trapping, denying the increase of weeping.
- stopping the exploitation of the equipment, which term of exploitation came to an end.

The basic tasks in control over the abidance of the maximum possible emission are:
- control over fulfillment of the plan of action, directed on the achievment of MPE range;
- control over the performance of equipment of filling complexes;
- control over the abidance of regulation of company's performance during unfavorable conditions and in the case of emergency situations.

For maximal prevention of soil contamination, reservoirs and atmosphere by oil products company has foreseen following measures:
- arrangement of waterproof coverage, technological grounds on confluent grounds;
- planning of the network and building of the sewage system are executed with the use of materials and constructions which provide accident-freeness and eliminating the possibility of flows leakage in the soil;
- the use of the pressure-sealed unloading from tank-cars;
- installation of «respiratory» armature (valves) on the surface of reservoirs for oil products storage.
The maximal use and preservation of existent green planting, and also the additional planting of greenery are foreseen.
