26.06.2009 Concern Galnaftogaz paid out “D” series bonds yield for the sixteenth coupon periodOn June 26, Concern Galnaftogaz paid to its investors UAH 24 700 of yield on “D” series bonds for the sixteenth coupon period. It is worth reminding that the interest rate for 13-16 percent periods of “D” series bonds was set at the level of 13.5% per annum.
In addition, Ñoncern Galnaftogaz has repurchased 195 own bonds of “D” series to the amount of UAH 195 000.
Thus, during 2008-2009 Concern Galnaftogaz repurchased its own bonds of the second issue (“D”, “E”, “F” series), presented during the offer in the amount of UAH 87.7 mln within total amount of the given issue equal to UAH 90 mln. Investors keep the rest of the bonds in the amount of UAH 2.3 mln (including “D” series bonds in the amount of UAH 540 000) in their portfolios. | 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 | |
