On December 17, 2007 there was held an extraordinary general meeting of OJSC “Concern “Galnaftogaz” stockholders. The meeting unanimously resolved to ratify conditions of credit agreements concluded with International Finance Corporation, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank.

On October 22, 2007 the PFTS stock exchange Department of stock exchange transactions passed the resolution to apply the procedure to alter the level of Listing regarding securities (bonds) of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogas". The resolution comes in force on October 29, 2007.

On October 24-25, Lviv honoured the 100th anniversary of General Hryhorenko. “Concern Galnaftogas” supported official ceremonies, including memorial academy in Pototsky Palace and memorial evening at Lviv Institute of Torrential Forces. Andriy Hryhorenko, the general’s son, took part in the ceremony. At present, he resides in New York and heads the Fund of Petro Hryhorenko.

New fuel station “OKKO” was launched near the customs transit point Yahodyn on Tuesday, October 23. This is yet the 7th OKKO’s highway complex “OKKO” operating in Ukraine.

The presentation of the book was held in Ivan Firtsak’s native village of Bilky (Irshava district).
The initial event was the meeting with schoolchildren and locals of “heroic” village.
“Most importantly that young readers will be pleased with superb example after reading the book” - said Vasyl Virastiuk.

October 4. Within the framework of International Investment Forum «On a Way to EURO 2012» six leading Ukrainian companies signed an Extended Agreement on sports partnership to implement a program of gradual development of women’s handball team “Halychanka”.

Extraordinary general meeting of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogaz” took place on October 1. General Director, members of the Company Board, as well as the Chairman and Members of the Inspection Committee were reelected at the meeting for the period of two years.

The first Directory of Socially Responsible Business of Ukraine was published this month; it was prepared and issued by a network of the UNO Initiative of Global Agreement (The Global Compact) together with the Ukrainian Trade and Commercial Chamber, European Business Association and American Commercial Chamber.

In 2007, OJSC «Concern Galnaftogaz», one of the leaders of the National Petroleum Market (GFS network «ОККО»), continues to involve investments for fulfillment of development program within the limits of the Company strategic development plan for the period till 2012.

As of 31.12.2006 the consolidated asset of the Company constitutes UAH thou. 1,255,508, consolidated net income for 2006 makes up UAH thou. 41,967, net proceeds constitute UAH thou. 2,599,175. EBITDA of the Company makes up UAH thou. 132,529. The owned capital of the Concern as of 31.12.2006 constitutes UAH thou. 450,548.

According to the conditions of investment memorandum, on July 02, “Concern Galnaftogas” paid UAH 1,047.000 of income for the eighth coupon period on Series D Bonds.
We would like to recall that for the 5-8 percent periods the interest rate is fixed at the rate of 14% annual.

Concern “Galnaftogas” conducts the centralization of crucial business processes and introduction of detailed control over the company regional departments’ operative activity.
For the constructing of the effective system of the information exchange, the concern considers the opportunity of introduction of centralized management system, which will include all the crucial business processes of Concern “Galnaftogas”.

The first fast-dining restaurant of French cuisine “A la minute” was opened in a network of OKKO filling stations. The OKKO complex situated in the village of Kalynivka near Kyiv (48th km of Kyiv-Chop highway) became the first filling station which can boast of such a restaurant.

Concern “Galnaftogaz” and Universalna Investment Group, following their tradition of supporting prominent cultural events, were general partners of the project for publishing the first in Ukraine and the first in Europe album “Ioann George Pinzel. Sculpture. Transformation.”

Concern “Galnaftogaz” joined the global UN initiative in the sphere of Corporate Social Responsibility following the principles of social responsibility of business. It resulted in signing by the company The Global Compact (UN-initiated) at the beginning of 2007, which includes 10 basic principles of corporate social responsibility of business. By the end of May, 2007 Concern “Galnaftogaz” was inscribed in the list of companies – members of The Global Compact.

Expedition trophy race “Lviv-Pamirs: following the roads of Ukrainians” held on the occasion of the Year of Kazakhstan in Ukraine started on May 19 in Lviv. An expedition consisting of three offroaders will travel the roads of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan to Pamir Mountains.

The ceremony of signing a loan agreement between OJSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval and OJSC “Concern Galnaftogas” on a USD 50 million loan for the period of 7 years took place in Lviv today.
Loan funds will be used for the development of OKKO network in Ukraine, in particular its central and eastern parts: the building and purchasing of new petrol stations, the reconstruction of the existing ones with their bringing to OKKO standard.

On May 15 the final jury session took place in Lviv, where the winners were defined and awards were presented according to the results of the Business Idea Contest among students and young scientists. Thirteen works were presented for the contest, four of which were shortlisted for the final.

The network of petrol stations OKKO (“Concern Galnaftogas”) was the main sponsor of the International Week of Ukraine held on 5 – 12 May this year.

A decision about the redemption of 110,000,000 (one hundred and ten million) ordinary registered own shares in the form of an extract from the list of shareholders, which constitutes 0.69% of Company’s legal capital, was made at the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogas” on April 16, 2007, minutes No 01/07.

Universal Investment Group together with “Concern Galnaftogas” and “Concern Khlibprom” announced the beginning of a contest of ideas for students and young researches at the jobs exhibition in Lviv on March 29 - 30.

A new OKKO motorway complex was opened on March 7 in Ladyzhynka near Uman on the motorway connection Kyiv - Odesa. This is the first petrol station complex “Concern Galnaftogas” entered Cherkasy region with.
